Searching for a guest is the work that is done often daily.
SMILE makes it be easy, convenient, and quick with the multi-function feature.
Guest info box receives any of the user’s available information like Account number, Confirm number, Room number, or any part of the guest first or last name then returns the proper guest.

GUEST ACCOUNT STRICTLY CONTROL AVOIDING LOST

All guest services and payments are posted and controlled in a guest account. Posted transaction can not be deleted. To adjust, the users have to put a void transaction to balance the wrong then put another right amount of the transaction. Any time, the Income Auditor can print out the transactions list in details to check and control.
Guest account contains all guest services, puts them in a complete and ready list for Checking Out to be quick, avoiding all mistakes.
While checking out, system automatically requires a payment for each balance of each guest account for cashier not to miss to collect any amount.

MULTI-OPTION INVOICE PRINTING, MULTI CURRENCY

SMILE allows user to select from many options to print guest invoice.

The guest services can be separated quick and easily following the guest

The invoice’s sample is suitable designed following each hotel requirement. SMILE makes sure that the invoice’s information is correctly printed on the hotel’s sample.

With 13 open system code, SMILE statistic code system is a useful feature for guest data analyzing. Those systems can be defined following the analytic requirement of each hotel, independently operating or combining together as the user’s rule.

VISUALIZED OCCUPANCY CHART

Graphical Occupancy Chart helps user to have a global view on occupancy status of the hotel for any day. Each day status is displayed on one column.
The numbers of bookings are displayed on the column located from the bottom up according to the following order of statuses: Definite, Tentative, Allotment, Seri, and Waiting. And at the top are the Out Of Order numbers if any. Each type has its own color for being distinguished easily.
The red horizontal line is placed at the level of total number of hotel rooms. In case the column is higher than the red line level, that’s the signal of overbook status on the day.
So the Chart shows not only the occupancy status but also the availability by comparing the column’s height with the red line level.

DETAIL OCCUPATION CHART

Graphic shows the detail status of each room by day, including in-house guests and reserved guests.
The date of a reservation and the length of an in-house or Out Of Order case can be changed simply by dragging to extend or reduce the length and position of the color bar corresponding to the room.

The color of the bar shows the status of the folio as follows:
Green = In House
Blue = Reserved
Brown = Out Of Order
